Emerging Leader’s SUMMIT

*ANNIVERSARY EVENT – 10 Years of Leadership Development in BRIGHT*

Our Emerging Leader’s Summit is an authentic, hands-on leadership experience and will be unlike anything you have been involved in before. We use the Czech Republic style of experiential programming. This includes several creative activities that bring together art, music, drama and adventure.

Our Emerging Leader’s Summit is challenging yet rewarding, keeping classroom sessions to a minimum and focusing on creating experiences that will stay with you for a long a time. People leave our programs inspired, elated and a little closer to meeting their full leadership potential.

“The leadership retreat was a game changer for me. It set me on a different path, which ultimately led me to where I am now. I credit the leadership retreat with growing my confidence, self-awareness and being the tipping point for a very different career and set of life goals. Not only do you learn about many topics, but you are given the opportunity while on retreat to put this knowledge into use, which really helps to consolidate your learnings. I highly recommend this retreat, both from a professional and personal perspective.”

– Kat Bennett  2008 Wodonga Council’s Youth Leadership Participant & current City of Wodonga Councillor

“The leadership retreat was a unique and unforgettable experience both professionally and personally. Although the program focused on leadership development, it was actually the combination of group activities and inspirational speakers that had the biggest impact for me. The retreat was a real motivator that consolidated my skills and confidence and I was able to directly apply my learnings into my work.”
